In St. Petersburg, from August 27, it was allowed to hold congress and exhibition events for up to 1000 people
From Friday August 27, it is permitted to hold congress and exhibition, leisure and other events for more than 75 people (except for sports, cultural and entertainment events) with the approval of the Committee for Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade of St. Petersburg.
The maximum number of people allowed in the same location for such events will be determined based on the requirements of a Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor (July 7, 2020), No. 18 "On measures aimed at preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) at mass gatherings in the Russian Federation”. Currently the number of participants is up to 1000 people. If the number of participants exceeds 500 people, the event must be additionally coordinated with the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare in St. Petersburg, Russia.
From August 27, participants of such gatherings, are required to have:
- a document confirming the receipt of the first component of the vaccine;
- a QR code confirming vaccination;
- a QR code confirming the fact of a previous coronavirus infection;
- a QR code confirming a negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before the event.
