International Hydrogen Conference 2026
The global low-carbon hydrogen market continues to demonstrate steady growth. As of early 2026, global low-carbon hydrogen production reached 1 million tonnes, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.6%. Investment in the sector increased from USD 0.5 billion in 2021 to USD 7.9 billion in 2025, corresponding to a CAGR of 99.4%. The key areas of low-carbon hydrogen application include oil refining, industry, and transport. China is the global leader in the development of the sector, accounting for approximately 65% of low-carbon hydrogen production capacity and 60% of electrolyzer manufacturing capacity. Against the backdrop of the rapidly expanding global market, professional dialogue on the prospects for hydrogen energy, the exchange of practical expertise, and the development of new technology partnerships are becoming increasingly important.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Hydrogen Energy Conference, to be held on 29–30 October at the World Trade Center Moscow (12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow).

The Conference will bring together discussions on the strategic priorities for hydrogen energy development, practical aspects of technology deployment, international cooperation, and the prospects for hydrogen applications in the transport sector.

On the first day, 29 October, the business programme will include:
• Presentation of the digital exhibition “Energy Atlas: Hydrogen Energy Technologies”;
• Strategic Session “The Future of Hydrogen Energy in Russia: Key Development Areas, Priority Projects and Required Government Support Measures”;
• Technology Session “Hydrogen Technology Deployment: From Pilot Projects to Scale-Up”;
• Session “International Hydrogen Dialogue: Technologies, Markets and Partnerships”;
• Technology Session “H₂ in Motion: Best Practices in Hydrogen Transport”.

On the second day, 30 October, technology site visits will be organised for Conference participants.

The Conference will provide a professional platform for discussing the transition from pilot projects to the large-scale deployment of hydrogen technologies, the development of effective support measures, and the advancement of international technological cooperation.

We would be delighted to welcome you and your colleagues among the Conference participants!
